Recently, we launched a hydraulic Solenoid Operated proportional Relief valve equivalent to HydraForce standard part TS10-26. It is a screw-in, cartridge style, pilot-operated, spool-type, relief valve which CAN be infinitely adjusted across a prescribed range using a variable electric current. The regulated pressure is proportional to the input electrical current.
Last April in 2022, a hydraulic cartridge valve customer in Canada found AAK when looking for a hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer in China on Google. He sent us an inquiry for 20 pcs of HydraForce Proportional Relief Valve TS10-26, with an annual demand of 5,000 pcs. For this model, very few cartridge valve manufacturers in Ningbo have existing production procedures, AAK does not have this model either. Due to big annual demand, customer decided to send AAK original samples to customize it. After 60 days, AAK finished the prototype development and delivered the 20 pcs of test order.
This August, we were very happy to learn from the Canadian customer that AAK Proportional Relief Valve E-TS10-26 has passed their internal testing after 1 year of use, they are preparing for the 2024 buy plan and will send us the official order very soon.
