Tunesi from Bulgaria, has been tortured by a hydraulic cartridge relief valve with 1μm accuracy spool for 3 months. At the beginning of this year, they developed a set of hydraulic manifold that requires the use of hydraulic cartridge relief valves, with high accuracy requirements, especially for valve spool that need to be controlled within 1μm. Tunesi chose an old hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer in China to make samples. It took 3 months. Every time, among the 10 pcs of hydraulic cartridge relief valve testing samples, there were always several valve spools did not meet the standards. The original manufacturer gave up. The newly developed hydraulic manifold has not been successful due to poor procurement of hydraulic cartridge relief valves, and Tunesi is very annoyed.
Tunesi found AAK and inquired via email,‘Can AAK control the spool accuracy of each hydraulic cartridge relief valve within 1μm?’For customers who send inquiry for the first time, whether the answer is yes or no, it is meaningless. I sent him a hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve that we customized for a Russian customer last year, with a focus on valve spool accuracy of within 1μm. Tunesi immediately sent the drawings and sample images of their hydraulic cartridge relief valve. After communication, it was learned that the original manufacturer cannot meet the spool accuracy of within 1μm. I told him that to guarantee the valve spool accuracy within 1μm, AAK has 3 steps: first, selecting high-precision equipment, second, programming and experienced technicians, one-on-one landing, and third, after processing, each valve spool needs to be inspected, screening out the valve spools exceeding the accuracy standard.
After 45 days, AAK sent out 10 samples of the reprogrammed hydraulic cartridge relief valve. 2 weeks later, Tunesi informed us that their engineers had tested each spool of AAK hydraulic cartridge relief valve and they all met the standards. The hydraulic cartridge relief valve that the original manufacturer did not succeed for 3 months was finished successfully by AAK in half the time. Tunesi was very curious, and I reported to him that compared to the original manufacturer, the advantage of AAK should be in testing, because some of the hydraulic cartridge relief valves sent by the original manufacturer every time can meet the spool accuracy standard, but cannot be 100% qualified or some are unstable.
AAK detected in this way: using the VX8000 series flash tester, with high-resolution optical lens, 20 million high pixel industrial camera, and autofocus. Firstly, place the precision machined valve spool on the internal platform of the instrument, set the accuracy requirements for the testing program, press the start button, and the testing instrument will start working. The lens will automatically align with the valve spool for projection. The lens can automatically locate, focus, measure, compare with the program, and then automatically determine whether the valve spool accuracy meets the standard. The entire process eliminates the need for manual labor and avoids human error. Each valve spool is tested to make sure an accuracy of within 1μm, it's not difficult. Most hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers in China do not have this instrument, and for high-precision valve spools, they can only rely on precision machining, so the stability of valve spool accuracy cannot be guaranteed 100%.
