2. The spool of the hydraulic cartridge needle valve is inserted into the anti rotation cylinder and forms a circumferential lock between the cartridge and the anti rotation cylinder, with an axial sealing and sliding fit. There are oil inlet and outlet channels on the side and lower axial directions of the valve body, respectively. At the same time, a through-hole is provided on the valve spool to achieve pressure balance up and down the valve spool.
3. The valve seat is installed in the oil outlet passage and forms an axial insertion fit with the upper valve spool. The upper part of the valve spool is cylindrical, and the lower end is symmetrically provided with two V-shaped throttle ramps. When the valve spool is closed, the valve spool chamfer surface contacts the valve seat chamfer surface, which can achieve fluid cutoff.
