AAK HYDRAULIC VALVE has its own 3 high standards and enforces it strictly, so American customer resolutely transferred the order of hydraulic threaded cartridge valve to AAK factory for production. Such things often happen. We do better than brothers in the same industry. Not only to make the customers satisfied, but very satisfied, and strive to achieve great satisfaction. The 3 high standards of AAK Hydraulic threaded cartridge valve are as follows:
 
1) High accuracy: the opening and closing characteristics can reach 95% opening rate and 90% closing rate;
2) High stability: the pressure swing shall not exceed ± 0.1MPa;
3) High durability: the design service life is more than 1 million times.
 
In the entire hydraulic valve market, due to the limitations of production equipment and technology, more than 90% of hydraulic valve manufacturers have potential hidden quality problems on the hydraulic threaded cartridge valve they produced, such as assembly errors, the valve spool deviates from the central axis. After being used, the hydraulic threaded cartridge valve has problems like poor opening and closing performance, unstable pressure, short service life and so on. What is more difficult to solve is that these potential problems are not easy to be found during inspection. Only after being used for a period of time, customer complaints come one after another, these hidden quality problems of the hydraulic threaded cartridge valves are realized.
 
In March 2021, we received an inquiry from an American hydraulic valve customer. Their hydraulic threaded cartridge valves were purchased from hydraulic valve manufacturer in Guangdong previously. His terminal hydraulic valve customer have a higher precision requirement now. However, due to the limitations of production equipment and technology, the parameters of Guangdong manufacturer are unstable, the opening and closing performance of the hydraulic threaded cartridge valves produced is poor, and the pressure commissioning is unstable. After being used for nearly 400,000 times, there will be jamming, regulation failure and other conditions, resulting in more and more complaints from users of hydraulic threaded cartridge valves. Ayden has to look for new threaded cartridge valve manufacturers here and there.
 
Ayden got into touch with us through Google and learned that AAK factory uses numerical control lathes imported from Switzerland, and strictly implements the 3 high process standards, so that the opening and closing characteristics of hydraulic thread cartridge valve can reach 95% opening rate and 90% closing rate, which is 12% higher than that of Guangdong hydraulic valve manufacturer, and the pressure swing does not exceed ± 0.1MPa. The service life of hydraulic threaded cartridge valve is at least over 1 million times, which is 2.5 times higher than the 400,000 times of Guangdong manufacturer. Ayden was shocked. He didn't expect such a high-precision hydraulic valve manufacturer in Ningbo.
 
With a try attitude, Ayden requested us to make samples. In 10 days, we sent samples of hydraulic threaded cartridge valves. After more than half a month of testing and comparison, everything was OK. Ayden did not hesitate to transfer the order to AAK Hydraulic Valve factory.
