In March this year, Leo, a North Carolina hydraulic customer, delivered a batch of orders for hydraulic check valves in the forklift system from AAK, and the market responded very well. Leo was surprised that his customer appointed AAKHydraulic Valve factory to produce this order. Firstly, strictly detect whether the coaxiality of the valve spool and valve seat meets the parameter requirements. Secondly, check whether the contact surface between the valve spool and valve seat is damaged or has poor contact during assembly. Finally, check four aspects according to the parameters: 1) The sealing test must not bubble for more than 10s, replacing 5s of peers; 2) the roundness of valve seat surface should be controlled below 0.6Ua, replacing 0.8Ua of peers; 3) observe whether the seat surface is scratched with a microscope; 4) simulate the working scene of the hydraulic check valve, and ensure there is no external leakage within the working pressure range.
No matter which aspect has problems, AAK must rearrange hinge, grinding and other processing. The strict control of quality, sealing performance and leakage are the reasons why customers choose AAK, which is also the lack of quality control awareness of more than 90% of its peers.
2 weeks later, Leo received our PPS of the hydraulic check valves. His customer was still full of praise for our quality and asked us to start mass production. In private, Leo also joked that with the support of AAK hydraulic valves, his customers sent more and more inquiries for their hydraulic valves. What's more important is that he doesn't have anything to do after ordering from AAK. He has more time to go fishing. Yes, fishing is his biggest hobby.
