The geometric tolerance of the cavity hole of the cartridge valve combination hole produced by AAK is controlled within 0.02mm, which is only half of the geometric tolerance of 0.03-0.05mm in the same industry. At the same time, the transition angles between the small holes of the cartridge valve are replaced by small rounded corners to completely avoid the phenomenon of "horn hole".

The "horn hole" appears after the cartridge valve is used for a period of time, which is a common problem of the cartridge valve. The root cause is the processing bottleneck of cartridge valve combination hole. The cartridge valve with horn hole will leak during production. What is more troublesome is that the pollutants outside the cartridge valve are easy to enter the valve spool with the hydraulic oil, resulting in the strike of the whole hydraulic system.

Some time ago, Ryan, an American Hydraulic customer, placed an order for a threaded cartridge valve to a hydraulic valve factory in Guangdong. He received the cartridge valve samples for 3 times, but failed testing for 3 times, either leakage was found or pollutants outside the cartridge valve were easy to enter the valve spool. Ryan checked with the hydraulic valve factory for many times, but problems could not be solved. In desperation, he can only find new hydraulic valve manufacturers.

Ryan found AAK Hydraulic Valve on Google platform. After a week's understanding, maybe Ryan thinks that AAK can help him solve the problems faced by the cartridge valve this time. On the same day, he sent us the cartridge valve samples from the previous hydraulic valve factory, as well as the technical drawings of his cartridge valve. After receiving and testing the samples, we found that the coaxiality of the cavity hole diameter of the combined holes of these threaded cartridge valves is between 0.03-0.05mm. At the same time, there is a knife connection trace at the transition R angle, resulting in the phenomenon of "horn hole".

We emailed Ryan the test results and told him that we could send cartridge valve samples meeting his requirements within 15 days. On the 3rd day after Ryan received the cartridge valve samples, he informed us by email that the parameters of our cartridge valve samples were up to standard. He asked us how to avoid these problems happened in the other suppliers in mass production.

For the cavity hole of the cartridge valve combination hole, AAK Hydraulic Valve has been 1 step ahead of our peers. It is programmed by the automatic programming software, which replaces the manual programming commonly used by our peers. The geometric tolerance of the cartridge valve cavity hole has been improved in the first step. The cartridge valve can be processed after the cavity hole is automatically generated. When semi finishing the cavity hole, the first small hole is directly processed and formed, and no subsequent processing is required. The geometric tolerance of the cartridge valve cavity hole is improved in step 2. The geometric tolerance of cartridge valve cavity hole and each hole must be controlled within 0.02mm, which is our hard index. At the same time, each transition angle between the small holes of the cartridge valve is replaced by a small fillet to transition, not the common R angle in the same industry, so as to completely avoid the phenomenon of "horn hole". AAK Hydraulic Valve, by optimizing the processing parameters of cartridge hole and upgrading the processing technology of cartridge valve cavity hole, the phenomenon of "horn hole" in processing is eliminated and the processing accuracy of cartridge hole is improved.

AAK cartridge valve, no leakage, no "horn hole", just precision and guarantee. We wait for you to try the order.
