Payne is from a hydraulic equipment company in the United States. His purchase process has been smooth for 3 years. He did not have much cooperation with AAK, until the purchase of a hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve suffered a loss elsewhere, he trusts AAK more and more. 2 years ago, their company sold tunnel boring machines. Less than half a year after sales, customers complained that the equipment was on strike. The after sales worker found that the contact surface between the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve spool and the valve cage of the hydraulic system of the equipment had signs of wear. It was judged that the leakage led to insufficient pressure supply for the system, and they went on strike. The original manufacturer of the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve pushed the buck. He thought that the system pressure of the hydraulic tunnel boring machine was more than 450bar, and the opening and closing frequency of the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve was high. After half a year of use, it was normal that the valve cage was worn, so only solution was to replace the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valves with new ones. 6 months later after replacement, the same problem occurred again. Payne realized that the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve of the original manufacturer has a service life of only 6 months. The boss was not satisfied with the after-sales service of the original manufacturer, and asked Payne to re purchase the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valves with a service life of at least 18 months. 2 weeks passed, the no manufacturer was willing to accept the order. Payne was worried.

Payne emailed me and asked how long AAK can guarantee the service life of the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve under the working condition of 450bar high pressure and high frequency use? After knowing Payne's dilemma in purchasing the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valves, I told him that most hydraulic valve manufacturers would replace the valves in about 6 months under high-frequency and high-pressure working conditions. Only HAWE hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve can have a service life of 2 million times, which is more than 2 years. The manufacturing quality of AAK hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve is the benchmark of HAWE. After 30 days, AAK sent 12 samples of hydraulic pressure control cartridge valves. 3 weeks later, Payne informed AAK that the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve was approved for function and the performance was waiting for test.

Last month, Payne informed by email that it had been more than a year since AAK hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve was installed, and there was no strike complaint about the equipment. His boss was very satisfied with this batch of purchase. For the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve under high frequency use and high pressure conditions, AAK benchmarking HAWE, focused on 3 points, most hydraulic valve manufacturers can not reach.

1. Material selection is the key. AAK uses SCM415 alloy steel from Japan, which has mechanical properties more than 70% stronger than similar materials. After carburizing and heat treatment, the hardness of the valve body is higher than HRC65, and the wear resistance is more than 3 times of the general 45 steel. Most hydraulic valve manufacturers want to use this material, but they are not sufficient on heat treatment, so they have to give up.

2. The inspection is also important. AAK has independently developed hydraulic valve durability testing equipment. In combination with NFPA/T2.6.1 standard, it conducts fatigue testing on materials and 100% full inspection.

3. Technical skill is the basis. AAK has shipped the hydraulic cartridge valves under 450bar high pressure and high frequency use conditions for many times. AAK do not only the engineer who have worked in HAWE for 7 years, but also the old technicians who have worked for more than 30 years.

AAK hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve has a performance of 2 million times under high frequency use and high pressure conditions. You can also have a small try!
