3 years ago, AAK realized that the cylindricity of the valve hole would have hidden problem due to the traditional diamond reamer processing technology, so we replaced it with new honing machine, and the the diamond reamer was replaced by diamond oilstone, which is installed on the special honing rod. The oilstone can expand and shrink radially, gradually cut off the allowance of the valve hole, and is equipped with an automatic measuring system. After rough honing, the diameter of the valve hole can be measured 360 degrees. If the size is abnormal, the oilstone will correct it. In this way, the cylindricity of the machined valve hole can reach 0.0025~0.003mm, moreover, the surface roughness is Ra0.2.
