This week, we’d like to introduce a cartridge valve equivalent to HydraForce FR12-33. It is a screw-in, an adjustable, pressure compensated, priority type with reverse flowcheck flow control valve. The regulated flow increases from closed to fully open with counter-clockwise adjustment rotation. The valve will maintain the set flow regardless of pressure variations on the regulated or bypass port.
Last May in 2022, a hydraulic cartridge valve customer in Russia found AAK when looking for a hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer in China on Google. He sent us an inquiry for 5 pcs of HydraForce cartridge valve FR12-33, with an annual demand of 500 pcs. Previously, their company purchased it from an Italian supplier.
For this model, several cartridge valve manufacturers in Ningbo have existing production procedures. This Russian customer ordered 5 pcs from each factory, they will test them for 1 year, and chose one to place the annual order.
Last week, we were very happy to learn from the Russian customer that AAK cartridge valve E-FR12-33 has passed their internal testing after 1 year of use, the function and performance is the best among the several manufacturers. The samples from some manufacturers leaked or blocked in less than 1 year.
