Alek contacted other hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers in Ningbo, but after a week, there was no result. Alek was upset.
Alek contacted AAK through the introduction of peers. In my impression, AAK seems to have no Polish customers. I joked that your name Alek is very close to my company's name AAK. Perhaps it was God's arrangement to bring us together. According to his introduction, it seems that the SUN standard part of hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve does not match his equipment system. Due to the inconvenience of changing the system, it is only possible to customize the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve to match the system. According to the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system provided by him, the peak pressure generated by load impact is relatively high. If the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve is buffered in a timely manner, it should be able to alleviate the vibration. After 50 days, AAK sent 10 samples of hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valves. 3 weeks later, Alek informed me that their lift prototype had been approved by the customer and asked me to wait for further news.
3 months later, yesterday, Alek sent us a PO for 300 hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve. 1. The valve seat of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve is provided with a transversely penetrating through-hole, forming a valve seat connecting hole section, a valve seat connecting hole section, a valve seat transition hole section, and a valve seat sliding hole section. The apertures of the 4 hole sections decrease in turn, with a first oil port of the connecting section on the side wall of the valve seat, and a second oil port at the right end of the through-hole of the valve seat.
2. The valve sleeve of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve is provided with a transverse through-hole to form a main hole section of the valve sleeve and a reduced diameter hole section of the valve sleeve. The outer wall of the valve sleeve is provided with a valve sleeve through-flow groove that communicates with the fourth oil port.
3. The valve spool is located in the main hole section of the valve sleeve and can be moved left and right to match the 2 valve spool reducing sections in the valve sleeve reducing hole section. The left side of the second valve spool reducing section is provided with a flange for opening and closing the valve seat transition hole section, and a valve spool throttle hole is located on the right side of the flange.
When the pressure oil from the fourth oil port enters the valve spool of the first control chamber, the valve spool moves to the left, gradually exposing each radial orifice, and the overflow area can be reduced and increased. The hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve can timely cushion the pressure peak generated by load impact.
