Ephraim comes from a hydraulic equipment manufacturing company in Chile. He has been purchasing smoothly for 3 years. Unexpectedly, the hydraulic cartridge relief valve purchased at the beginning of the year stumped him. 3 months ago, they received a customer complaint that the hydraulic cartridge relief valve on the logistics transmission system of the coal yard could not be opened or closed properly, or the control was unstable. After checking, it was found that the damping hole and the slender hole of the valve cage were blocked by impurities in the hydraulic oil. 3 months after the hydraulic oil was replaced, the old problem reoccurred. The original manufacturer of the hydraulic cartridge relief valve said that the site was too dirty. The problem was not avoidable. The only solution was to replace the hydraulic cartridge relief valves regularly. The boss couldn't accept this so frequent after-sales service and asked Ephraim to solve the problem from the root.

After browsing AAK website, Ephraim found that AAK had many cases of solving customers' difficult problems, and sent an email to ask: how to improve the hydraulic cartridge relief valve to reduce the blockage of the conveying equipment in the coal yard? I didn't think he explained it clearly. After communication, I learned that the damping hole of the valve and the slender hole of the valve cage were easily blocked by impurities in the hydraulic oil. According to the anatomical picture of the original hydraulic cartridge relief valve provided by him, its damping hole and slender hole structure are a bit strange. If optimized, the anti pollution ability can be improved. Ephraim was half convinced when he learned about this solution. After 40 days, AAK sent 18 hydraulic cartridge relief valve samples.

Ephraim sent an email last week for an order of 200 hydraulic cartridge relief valves. He said that AAK hydraulic cartridge relief valves have been used for 6 months, there was no blockage. Their boss wanted to replace all the equipment with AAK relief valves at one time, completely saying goodbye to the strange circle of after-sales service once every three months. AAK hydraulic cartridge relief valve is unblocked. The key lies in the improved structure of the original hydraulic cartridge relief valve from 3 points:

1. The valve seat of the hydraulic cartridge relief valve is a cylinder with one end open and one end closed. The open end of the valve seat is equipped with external threads. Two springs and spring covers are installed in the valve seat in sequence. The first spring is a conical spring with the big end upward, and the second spring is a cylindrical spring.

2. The upper end of the valve stem is fixedly connected to the spring cover, the lower end of the valve stem is provided with an overflow valve spool, and the lower end of the second spring is installed in the spring seat.

3. An oil make-up valve spool with an overflow valve port is arranged below the spring seat. An oil port is arranged between the oil make-up valve spool and the spring seat, the valve rod passes through the overflow valve port, and the dynamic seal of the overflow valve spool is matched at the bottom of the overflow valve port. The oil make-up valve spool and spring seat are of an integrated structure. The sealing surface of the oil make-up valve spool is a spherical sealing surface, and the sealing surface of the overflow valve spool is a conical sealing surface.

The optimized AAK hydraulic cartridge relief valve eliminates the previous damping holes and slender holes, reducing the number of seals. The sealing surface adopts the structure of combination of conical surface and spherical surface, which is better for sealing and assembly.

AAK hydraulic cartridge relief valve, no blockage, you can also have a small try!
