For Hydraulic Cartridge Proportional Valve equivalent to HydraForce SP12-20, after the test order, a Brazil customer placed the annual order with AAK

Recently, we launched a hydraulic cartridge proportional valve equivalent to HydraForce standard part SP12-20. It is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed,poppet-type, proportional, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve, designed for low leakage blocking and load-holding applications.

Last January in 2022, a hydraulic cartridge valve customer in Brazil found AAK when looking for a hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer in China on google. He sent us a inquiry list for about 20 standard parts of HydraForce, one of them is SP12-20 but we did not have existing program for this valve at that time. The customer placed trial orders for other valves that AAK has existing stock, and continue to source for SP12-20 elsewhere. 6 months later, he informed us that the trial orders AAK delivered approved the testing, they have a very good performance, completely benchmarking the quality of HydraForce original ones. But he still had not found a reliable manufacturer for SP12-20 hydraulic cartridge proportional valve. He requested AAK to develop it. If the development is successful, he will place an annual order of 1,000 pcs. 60 days later, AAK delivered the 20 pcs of trial order. Last week, we received the annual order for 1,000 pcs of SP12-20 hydraulic cartridge proportional valve from him. Their company is very happy that the development is very successful, the quality is very good but the price is 30% lower than their previous hydraulic cartridge valve supplier in the USA.
