People with a little mechanical knowledge know that energy will be converted to each other, and the conversion of energy also exists in the hydraulic system. On the one hand, the power of the hydraulic system will cause the loss of energy, which will reduce the overall efficiency of the system. On the other hand, the lost part of energy will be converted into heat energy, which will increase the temperature of the hydraulic oil, deteriorate the oil, and cause the failure of the hydraulic equipment . Therefore, when designing the hydraulic valvesin the hydraulic system, on the premise of meeting the use requirements, we should also fully consider reducing the power loss of the hydraulic system
Firstly, when the hydraulic oil flows through all kinds of hydraulic valves, there are inevitable pressure loss and flow loss. This part of the energy loss accounts for a large proportion of the total energy loss. Therefore, the reasonable selection of the hydraulic device and the adjustment of the pressure of the pressure valve is also an important aspect of reducing the power loss. Theflow control valve is selected according to the flow regulation range in the system, and its stable flow can meet the use requirements. The pressure of the pressure control valve is as low as possible under the condition of meeting the normal work of the hydraulic equipment.
Secondly, if the actuator has the requirements of speed regulation, then when selecting the speed regulation circuit, it should not only meet the requirements of speed regulation, but also reduce the power loss as far as possible. The common speed control circuits are: throttle speed control circuit, volume speed control circuit, volume throttle speed control circuit. Among them, the power loss of throttling speed regulation circuit is large and the low-speed stability is good. The volume speed control circuit has neither overflow loss nor throttling loss, high efficiency, but poor stability at low speed. If we want to meet the two requirements at the same time, we can use the volume throttle speed control circuit combined by the differential pressure variable pump and the throttle valve, and make the pressure difference between the two ends of the throttle valve as small as possible to reduce the pressure loss.
Thirdly, suitable selection of hydraulic oil. When the hydraulic oil flows in the pipeline, it will show viscosity, and when the viscosity is too high, it will produce greater internal friction, causing oil heating, and increasing the resistance of oil flow. When the viscosity is too low, it is easy to cause leakage, which will reduce the volumetric efficiency of the system. Therefore, the oil with appropriate viscosity and good viscosity temperature characteristics is generally selected.
