AAK Hydraulic Sequence Valve has replaced the one from American factory, Gary doesn't want to find another one anymore

Yesterday, I received a repeat order for a hydraulic sequence valve from Gary. The first order of this hydraulic sequence valve was placed 3 years ago. Before, I wondered why this hydraulic sequence valve had not been repurchased, thinking that it had been switched back to the United States for production. I really didn't expect to receive the repeat order after 3 years, and the quantity was more than 3 times that before.

3 years ago, Gary’s company had a newly designed hydraulic pump to be produced in Vietnam branch, and the pump needed hydraulic sequence valve. If purchasing the hydraulic sequence valve in the United States and delivering it to Vietnam, it was expected to take 3 months or more. His boss wanted to try purchasing in China, hoping to save half the time. According to the boss's instructions, Gary spent 3 days looking for hydraulic valve factories, selected 5 hydraulic valve manufacturers from more than 10 as their hydraulic sequence valve suppliers, and asked them to send reference samples of hydraulic sequence valves to Vietnam for testing. Gary happily reported the purchasing status to his boss, who was satisfied.

After Gary received these hydraulic sequence valve samples, he arranged the technical department to match the working conditions for testing, but the results were poor. The matching clearance between the valve body and the valve spool of some hydraulic sequence valves was small. After an additional 20% pressurization, the valve hole was deformed and the valve spool would be stuck. All 5 hydraulic valve manufacturers said that after additional pressurization, they were not able to ensure the quality of hydraulic sequence valve. Time has been wasted for more than 2 weeks. At this time, if returning back to the United States to purchase hydraulic sequence valves, he would be scolded by his boss. Gary began to worry.

When Gary browsed AAK website (www.aakindustry. com), he felt that AAK hydraulic valve was some different from the other hydraulic valve manufacturers. He emailed to inquire about the hydraulic sequence valve and frankly told us the problems he had encountered with Chinese hydraulic valve manufacturers. After several rounds of e-mail communication and AAK technical team's analysis of his drawings, we truthfully told him that AAK's existing hydraulic sequence valve samples could not meet his pressurization test. It takes 2 weeks to proofing according to the drawing. If the sample of the hydraulic sequence valve is approved and it takes 25-30 days to produce his order for the hydraulic sequence valve, Gary calculates the time. If the sample of AAK's hydraulic sequence valve is successful, the time saving meets the requirements of the boss. If it is not successful, it will waste another 2 weeks. It seems that he has no choice. Somehow, Gary feels that AAK can give him hope and hopes that we can send samples as soon as possible.

4 days after the samples of the hydraulic sequence valve were sent, Gary e-mailed to us that the pressurization test passed. The problems happened on the samples of the previous 5 hydraulic valve manufacturers are now gone. At the same time, all the parameters of AAK hydraulic sequence valve can be compared with those produced in the United States. Gary asked us to hurry up to prepare for production and deliver on schedule.

In order to avoid pressure deformation, AAK adjusted the production process of the valve hole and applied the technical method of "avoiding deformation" to the production process of the valve hole. An experienced AAK technician who had operated for 7 years failed for 3 times before mastering this operation key point. After Gary knew this, he said it slowly that only at this time, he really knew the difference of AAK hydraulic valve and didn't want to waste time looking for homogeneous hydraulic valve manufacturers.

AAK hydraulic sequence valve is benchmarked with the original American hydraulic valve supplier, and has become the only hydraulic valve supplier of a Russian customer. You may not be able to find a second one like AAK in Ningbo. You can also have a small try.
