This morning, Mason sent an email asking about the production time of 2,000 hydraulic relief valves, which surprised me. Usually, he just places small trial orders of hydraulic relief valves. He is going to place a large order this time. Mason is a purchaser of BRACEBRIDGE company in Canada. We have known each other for 2 years. After communication, it was learned that a batch of their hydraulic pipe laying rigs had been complained about the frequent leakage in the hydraulic pump since the previous year. The after-sales engineer found that the cavitation was caused by the oil passing through the hydraulic relief valves for a long time, resulting in the pressure loss of the hydraulic cylinder. Mason contacted the original manufacturer of the hydraulic pressure relief valves to find a solution. The manufacturer advised that such a working environment can only replace the hydraulic relief valves with cavitation. The trouble is that the same problem happened again half a year later. The customer was very unhappy with this frequent after-sales, and the boss asked Mason to replace the manufacturer of hydraulic relief valves.

Mason told his boss that there is no reliable manufacturer of hydraulic relief valves to replace the present one. For the sake of safety, AAK hydraulic relief valves should be selected. Because there was equipment installed with AAK hydraulic relief valves when testing samples at the beginning. Now 1 year later, there is still no cavitation on AAK hydraulic relief valves. But the price of AAK hydraulic relief valve was 17% higher than that of other manufacturers and was not selected. The boss rejected again and asked Mason to find a new manufacturer of hydraulic relief valves. During the continuous screening process, Mason selected 3 hydraulic relief valve manufacturers to test samples. Basically, after half an year, these hydraulic relief valve samples successively had similar faults.

Mason was at a loss what to do. He once again suggested to his boss to purchase AAK hydraulic relief valves. After comparing so many hydraulic relief valve manufacturers, none of their samples can be used for more than 1 year under this working condition. In this way, the hydraulic relief valves need to be replaced every 6 months for after-sales. Not only the after-sales cost is high, but the customer is also not satisfied. The boss seems lost faith completely in other hydraulic relief valve manufacturers and agreed with Mason to regard AAK as their preferred supplier of hydraulic relief valves.

It took Mason 2 years to persuade his boss to choose AAK hydraulic relief valves with 17% higher price, because he knows that the durability of AAK hydraulic relief valves is at least twice that of other manufacturers. Under complex working conditions, how does AAK ensure that the hydraulic relief valves have no cavitation and its durability is more than twice that of other manufacturers?

1. AAK hydraulic relief valve sleeve orifice processing, the opening adopts conical hole, not cylindrical hole of other manufacturers. Most hydraulic relief valve manufacturers do not have this ability to process conical hole.

2. The chamfering, deburring and polishing process is added at the orifice to further optimize the control edge, so as to reduce the cavitation caused by the flowing oil, and at least eliminate the cavitation within 2 years. Most hydraulic relief valve manufacturers did not expect that AAK has such a unique skill.

3. Devils are in the details. Most hydraulic relief valve manufacturers will ignore small details. Even if some factories think of them, they can't control the technology.

AAK hydraulic relief valves, pay attention to every small detail, you can also have a small try!
