Christopher is from Italian hydraulic company Hydr-app S.p.a. and responsible for the procurement of Beijing office. Christopher wants to find out why the hydraulic flow control valves of every factory samples are qualified at the beginning. Six months later, except AAK, all other hydraulic flow control valves will leak and affect the stability. The leakage of hydraulic flow control valves after half a year is mostly due to the wear of parts, that is, the unstable surface hardness of materials during heat treatment. Most manufacturers adopt conventional heat treatment, which has advantages in processing cost. How does AAK do it?
1. AAK hydraulic valve has its own heat treatment plant, which can adopt different heat treatment methods in quenching, carburizing and nitriding according to different contents of steel. AAK can achieve the aging temperature of 420 degrees, heat preservation of more than 10H, and can also obtain the material hardness of 65HRC.
2. The core component materials of AAK hydraulic flow control valves use the industry's most advanced EFD Induction Sinac heating power supply for induction heat treatment, with less oxide scale and small deformation. The workpiece is quenched and locally heated accurately to make the surface hardness of each processing element consistent.
3. In the later stage, AAK test the hardness of each part of the hydraulic flow control valves point-to-point. SonoDur3, a Rockwell hardness tester imported from Germany, is used to perform nondestructive testing efficiently and accurately.
