AAK adds parts to the resonant cavity of the hydraulic pilot operated relief valve, which reduces the volume of the resonant cavity and increases the stiffness of the oil under negative pressure. According to the principle that the components with high stiffness are not easy to resonate, we have adjusted the internal design of the hydraulic relief valve, added a vibration damping sleeve and a vibration damping pad to the pilot valve, and set various damping holes on the vibration damping sleeve to increase damping to eliminate vibration. The vibration damping pad can cooperate with the resonant cavity and move freely. There is a throttling groove on the front and back of the vibration damping pad, and the oil can also produce damping effect when flowing to change the original flow.
