However, the manufacturer refused because there are many plugging holes in the oil circuit of the hydraulic manifold, and most of the holes are 5-6mm diameter, and the path holes are mostly thin and long, the manufacturer was not able to do it. Asuman knew that if this manufacturer gave up, he would have no other options, but his engineer asked him to continue to find a suitable hydraulic manifold manufacturer. Asuman had a big pressure.

2 months later, Asuman sent an email to inform AAK that the test of the hydraulic unit was smooth and he was satisfied with AAK hydraulic manifolds, especially the energy consumption is reduced. 1. On the overlapping surface of the hydraulic manifold, 4 fixing bolt hole slots parallel to the side are opened, and the 4bolt holes return oil evenly. Drill a hole at the side of the oil drain hole. The depth is the distance from the side to the center line of the groove. The groove is parallel to the side and the distance is the nearest to avoid drilling deep holes.
2. On the overlapping surface of the hydraulic manifold, drill holes again to connect with the side holes, so that the oil in the valve oil drain hole can flow into the hydraulic manifold groove, expanding the oil flow area.
3. The hydraulic manifold oil circuit is designed into a network structure. The oil return is not only uniform, but also multi way oil return, which reduces the plugging holes in the oil circuit, simplifies the hydraulic manifold hole circuit, improves the oil flow capacity, and reduces energy consumption.
