At the beginning of this year, their customer wanted to customize a hydraulic manifold. Asuman planned to work with a hydraulic manifold manufacturer in Ningbo who has cooperated with them for 3 years to make samples. However, the manufacturer refused because there are many plugging holes in the oil circuit of the hydraulic manifold, and most of the holes are 5-6mm diameter, and the path holes are mostly thin and long, the manufacturer was not able to do it. Asuman knew that if this manufacturer gave up, he would have no other options, but his engineer asked him to continue to find a suitable hydraulic manifold manufacturer. Asuman had a big pressure.
Asuman found me under the introduction of his friend Dharma, who is also an old customer of AAK for 5 years. According to his hydraulic schematic diagram and equipment parameters, AAK engineers found that it is not necessary to produce the manifold per the original design. If simplify the plugging holes and optimizing the hole path, it will not affect the function, but can improve the oil flow capacity and reduce energy consumption. Asuman asked for AAK samples. After 50 days, AAK sent 3 sets of hydraulic manifold samples.
2 months later, Asuman sent an email to inform AAK that the test of the hydraulic unit was smooth and he was satisfied with AAK hydraulic manifolds, especially the energy consumption is reduced. He will issue a PO for 200 hydraulic manifolds in a week and AAK can be prepared for it ahead of time. His engineers were also surprised that AAK optimized the original hydraulic manifold, reducing the processing difficulty, saving costs and energy consumption. 1. On the overlapping surface of the hydraulic manifold, 4 fixing bolt hole slots parallel to the side are opened, and the 4bolt holes return oil evenly. Drill a hole at the side of the oil drain hole. The depth is the distance from the side to the center line of the groove. The groove is parallel to the side and the distance is the nearest to avoid drilling deep holes.
2. On the overlapping surface of the hydraulic manifold, drill holes again to connect with the side holes, so that the oil in the valve oil drain hole can flow into the hydraulic manifold groove, expanding the oil flow area.
3. The hydraulic manifold oil circuit is designed into a network structure. The oil return is not only uniform, but also multi way oil return, which reduces the plugging holes in the oil circuit, simplifies the hydraulic manifold hole circuit, improves the oil flow capacity, and reduces energy consumption.
