A few days ago, a customer from India asked me to follow his process to develop an integrated hydraulic cartridge valve. I provided our technical solution, but he requested to follow his approach and emphasized that the customer is Party A, and as the supplier of the integrated hydraulic cartridge valve, Party B needs to cooperate unconditiionally with Party A. I don't quite agree. I think there are no first party and second party in business, only both parties.
Perhaps the vast majority of integrated hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers have become accustomed to Party B, and in their thinking, there is always a psychological state of Party B. For example, for this integrated hydraulic cartridge valve order, I want to ask for an order from the customer. I want to sell the integrated hydraulic cartridge valve to someone else, as if I want to appeal to the customer. In the process of interacting with the customer, it appears to be a weak position. Think about it, a weak person's psychology, a weak person's image, how does it feel to interact with others? In fact, the other party will not sympathize with you, but instead, they will consider themselves as the first party. This thinking of the second party is not conducive to the integrated hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer, and in fact, it is not conducive to the customers of integrated hydraulic cartridge valves.
Previously, a client from the United States asked me, 'What is the relationship between AAK and him?'? My answer is: relationship between the teacher and the students, he was a bit surprised. Afterwards, he appreciated my definition very much.
So what is the psychological state of teachers and students? Teachers must love and help students. For example, AAK integrated hydraulic cartridge valves are very willing to help target customers. From the inquiry and development stages, we have been thinking about customers. Teachers do not mean to be domineering and superior. What is a teacher? He hopes that students will learn well, do well, and have compassion.
From the perspective of professional knowledge, students should lack some. In the process of interacting with clients, we treat them as students and ourselves as teachers. This kind of communication is relatively selfless. In general, integrated hydraulic cartridge valve buyers are not as professional as manufacturers. Integrated hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers have a richer knowledge base in terms of manufacturing quality, process hazards, actual customer cases, and some technical details. Therefore, AAK is capable and willing to help customers solve their problems with integrated hydraulic cartridge valves.
So, think about it. If we interact with customers in this way, we are helping them, not seeking them. With this guiding ideology and psychological state, the entire interaction is benign and beneficial to both parties. With this positional relationship between teachers and students, manufacturers of integrated hydraulic cartridge valves often provide many constructive solutions. This mindset has changed, actions have also changed, and of course, the results have also been better.
