1. A fixed damping is installed between the inlet of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve and the pilot oil port. The oil inlet of the valve body is 2 connecting ports of the oil circuit, and is equipped with a pressure gauge interface.
2. The valve spool of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve slides in the upper and middle part of the valve body. The middle section of the valve spool has an inner concave ring, which is the inlet of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve. The right end of the inner concave ring of the valve spool is processed into a conical surface. The conical surface is equipped with a two-stage stepped taper ring. The cumulative area of the conical surface is the same as the area of the cylinder end face at the right end of the valve spool. The stepped taper is adopted to realize the smooth flow change and smooth movement of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve.
3. The cylindrical outer circle at the right end of the valve spool of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve slides with the middle hole of the valve body. The adjusting screw is installed at the top pressure of the rear end of the balance adjusting spring. The adjusting screw is matched with the rear end of the valve body and controls the telescopic operation of the balance adjusting spring.
The optimized hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve adopts the hydraulic control automatic closing valve to realize the unity of quickness and stability of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve.
