Seeing many people who make fast money, they always try to cheat in work and use inferior material, so that many customers have lost their money in business. Also seeing the second hydraulic valves sold at best quality price, which makes many customers lose the market. I have always warned myself that making hydraulic valves, I must not let my customers down and must let them to make money:

• Most of our peers packaged the goods into master carton just after assembly; I must test the pressure, then dismantle, clean and reassemble, finally packaged into the master carton.  
• Most of our peers have been using CNC lathes, and we have to equip Swiss high-end lathes.
• Most of our peers used the hydraulic components purchased from outside directly, and we must test and then do our own heat treatment before moving to the next production stage.
• Most of our peers change the place for the out processing accessories time by time, while we hold a heat treatment plant with more than 10 years’ experience, and have our own proprietary heat treatment process.
• Most of our peers use the most common spring steel wire, while we import steel wire from Korea, and we designate a master to produce the spring, and it can be assembled only after 3 rounds of screening.
• Most of our peers control the installation surface roughness Ra at 0.9-1.0, and we can achieve less than 0.8.


Pablo is the purchaser of a Spanish hydraulic valve company. He has an hydraulic valve order with early March delivery this year, but problems were found in the spot check 15 days prior to delivery. Some hydraulic valve spool completely stuck, some hydraulic valve spool movement is not smooth. After 6 times of email or telephone communication with the factory, the problem still can not be completely solved. The delivery time is approaching day by day, the finished hydraulic valves can not be shipped, now the factory also has no ability and time to re-produce the hydraulic valves meeting customer quality.
Without a solution, Pablo has to tell customer the situation. Fortunately, the customer can accept 30 days delay shipment. Once bitten, twice shy. Pablo, who had learned a lesson, was extremely cautious and decided to cancel the cooperation with the original manufacturer. It took 4 days for their purchasing team to source a new factory that was 100% satisfied but still failed, Pablo became nervous.
Their QC came across us on the way to the industrial park. QC came to our factory and we tested the hydraulic valve products he brought. We found that the accuracy of the clearance dimension between the spool and the inner hole of the valve body of these hydraulic valves is seriously not enough, and these clearance dimensions are basically within 8 μ m—22 μ M, but our AAK hydraulic valve can reach 8 μ m—14 μ M. If the clearance is too large, the valve core will skew in the valve body, which makes the valve core easy to be stuck. If the clearance between the reverse valve is too small, the friction resistance increases, so that the valve core does not move smoothly. The valves on his hands just have both problems. The QC wanted to take some samples back and happened to pass by the workshop, so we randomly took some of the hydraulic valves that are just in packaging to him, bringing tack to Pablo to see the quality. 
5 days later, Pablo sent us an email to confirm the price and delivery date, and hope that we can help to complete it within 30 days. If we can make it earlier, it would be the best. We learned that this order was postponed by his customer without choice. In order to serve his customer well, we arranged the workshop to work overtime, and matched the most skilled technician to operate. 25 days later, shipment is ready and passed inspection one time, guaranteed quality and quantity. Their QC came to our factory to inspect the goods and told us that Pablo got our hydraulic valve samples and did a complete set of parameter tests. He is very satisfied with these parameters and indexes. At the same time, our hydraulic valve does not have the phenomenon of stuck valve and valve core movement not smooth. He is very satisfied with the overall quality of AAK hydraulic valves, especially these samples are taken randomly from large goods.
Yesterday, Pablo said that customers were very satisfied with their purchasing team's ability to deal with the crisis and were ready to place a return order in early May. He is now more and more authoritative in their team and more and more confident in his work.

Caleb is the purchasing manager of Red and White Valve company in California. He is responsible for purchasing all the hydraulic valves in China. This time, he fell over the hydraulic system of the relief valve. Nearly 20% of the relief valves purchased have no pressure in the hydraulic system during commissioning, then the customer have not been able to receive the full shipment due to shortage resulted from defective products.The general manager of import dept was angry and asked Caleb to meet the demand of this VIP customer within 3 weeks. However, the original supplier is in lack of technology, and always get no accurate solution. For getting into this trouble, even the delicious Chinese dishes he has always liked are now dull.
There are several situations that lead to no pressure in the hydraulic system of the relief valve:
1. The relief valve is not cleaned during the assembly process, and there are foreign matters between the valve core and the valve seat.
2. Due to low accuracy, the main valve core is stuck.
As long as the accuracy of the valve core and sleeve is guaranteed and attention is paid to the details in the assembly process, this phenomenon can be completely eliminated.
In the middle of January 2021, Caleb contacted us from the Internet. At that time, because the employees in the factory were busy on catching up delivery, they didn't notice his email that day. The next day, Caleb contacted us by landline. After a brief introduction and discussion, he hoped that our technical team would have an immediate conference call with him. After more than 2 hours of talking, he asked us to pay attention to his email, and then happily hung up. Ten minutes later, we received a relief valve design drawing and a relief valve stock sample picture from Caleb, he asked us to submit the sample within 10 days. Soon, we sent samples of relief valve in 5 days. We also received the sample fee and express fee that he paid voluntarily.
Half a month later, we still didn't hear back from Caleb. We thought that he didn't plan to proceed with this order. Surprisingly, when we came back from Spring Festival and opened our email, we found that Caleb's order was already there during the Spring Festival. Later, we learned that he asked for more than one suppliers to send samples. Finally, through parameter comparison and our proofing efficiency, he decided to cooperate with AAK without hesitation.
Yesterday, I interacted with Caleb on LinkedIn and learned that their VIP customer was very satisfied with the speed of their company's problem solving. The general manager of import dept also praised him at the summary meeting in January and called on other managers to keep up with him.
