Their only purpose is to pursue the maximum profit, which is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
Material - use easy cutting, low loss of domestic 1214 steel for the valve sleeve, valve core, easy to cause hydraulic valve deformation, oil leakage; use carbon steel for the pressure spring, the recovery of spring is weakened, which easily affects the adjustment of hydraulic valve.
Production process - try to save the process and speed up the production. Regarding the size of the gap between the components is too large or too small, they do not very care. As long as the components can be assembled, they are almost regarded as the finished products for the shipment. No testing, assemble and use directly, then the hydraulic valves are easy to leak pressure and oil.
Accuracy - the most basic accuracy of the roughness of the mounting surface of the hydraulic valve is not stable within the standard range, the sealing of the hydraulic valve is weakened, and it is easy to leak. The clearance dimensions between the valve core and the inner hole of the valve body of the hydraulic valve are basically within 8 μm—22 μm. In this range, the hydraulic valve core is easy to be completely stuck. Due to limited equipment, they do not dare to think about the accuracy requirements, not mention to do.
Quality - the product is directly packaged and shipped without pressure test. They do not test the steel, or even do not do heat treatment, just have a superficial knowledge of the toughness, plasticity, fatigue resistance, hardenability, wear resistance and other comprehensive mechanical properties.
