Brody is the purchasing director of a hydraulic valve dealer in the United States. He purchased a batch of Pilot operated Hydraulic pressure valves this May in China. However, customers began to complain because during the use of the hydraulic pressure valve, the damping hole was often blocked, resulting in loss of pressure at the pilot stage, failure of the hydraulic pressure valve and failure of the hydraulic system. Hydraulic pressure valve is sought after by the market for its stable pressure control, small pressure rise and smooth overflow curve. The pilot requires a small flow of pressure oil to act on the pilot stage. The pressure oil is often guided into the pilot stage through the damping slender hole. Through the opening and closing of the pilot stage, changing the upper and lower pressure difference of the main stage spool to achieve the opening and closing of the main spool, so as to achieve the pressure control of large flow hydraulic oil.
 
However, under the actual working conditions, due to the high requirements for oil cleanliness of the damping slender hole, if not handled properly, the damping hole is easy to be blocked, resulting in the shutdown of the equipment and the failure of the whole hydraulic system. We realized this problem of pilot hydraulic pressure valve 2 years ago. AAK optimized the process of pilot hydraulic pressure valve. After about 1 year of exploration and demonstration, it is invented to add welded high-strength filter screen at the inlet section of pilot slender hole and local turbulent self-cleaning function, so as to reduce the impact of oil pollution on the normal operation of the valve. The opening and overflow characteristics are excellent, and the pressure curve is less affected by the change of overflow flow, which plays a very good protective role for the system. 1 year ago, a famous domestic construction machinery manufacturer purchased from AAK hydraulic valve and took the goods almost every month.
 
Brody may have no choice. The next day, we received his hydraulic pressure valve artwork, specifying the proofing time and cost. 9 days later, we sent three samples of hydraulic pressure valves. Brody's email came 15 days after that, letting us hurry up to prepare the materials and help replenish the goods first. His customers were very satisfied, his boss was very happy, and he could take a vacation.
