For Hydraulic Cartridge Relief Valve equivalent to SUN RDDA, a Russian customer placed the order on the spot at AAK factory

In October, a customer in Russia found AAK when looking for a hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer in China on Google. He sent us an inquiry with a list of over 40 model codes equivalent to SUN standard cartridge valves, the qty is 10 pcs each as the trial order. If testing is OK, the annual order will be 500 pcs – 1,000 pcs. 1 week after we sent the quotes, the customer advised that they feel AAK will be a very good fit for them, and they would like to visit AAK factory in November.

Last week, customer came to AAK factory and visited the entire production process, from raw material cutting, rough machining, fine machining, accuracy measuring, cleaning, assembling, function testing to packaging etc. The customer was deeply moved by AAK's rigorous operation. During the meeting, customer placed an order of 500 pcs for a hydraulic solenoid cartridge valve equivalent to SUN RDDA, which is really out of our expectation. We learned that previously, they purchased it from another hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer in Ningbo China, but the function and performance is not stable. They will need AAK to send 10 pcs for testing first and ship the remaining 490 pcs after the testing.
