For PILOT OPERATED RELIEF VALVE equivalent to HydraForce RV12-26, a Russian customer placed the re-orders with AAK 3 times in half a year

This Monday, we launched a hydraulic cartridge pilot operated relief valve equivalent to HydraForce standard part RV12-26.  

It is a screw in, cartridge style, pilot operated (two stage), spool type relief valve, intended for use as a pressure limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits which require fast response and low hysteresis.

The features of this hydraulic cartridge pilot operated relief valve:

l  Adjustments cannot be backed out of the valve.

l  Adjustments prohibit springs from going solid.

l  Hardened spool and cage for long life.

l  Optional spring ranges to 240 bar (3500 psi).

l  Rapid, smooth response to pressure surges.

l  Cost-effective cavity.

A hydraulic cartridge valve customer in Russia placed a test order for 10 pcs last January in 2022. After 1 year of testing, it proves that the function and performance of AAK hydraulic pilot operated cartridge relief valve benchmarked the quality of HydraForce RV12-26. Till now, we have received their re-orders 3 times since 2023.
