For Pressure Relieving Proportional Valve equivalent to HydraForce TS38-20, a Canadian customer placed annual order with AAK after 1 year of testing

Recently, we launched a hydraulic Solenoid Operated Pressure Relieving Proportional valve equivalent to HydraForce standard part TS38-20. It is a direct-acting, single stage, poppet-type, proportional, pressure relieving valve. The regulated pressure is proportional to the input electrical current.

Last April in 2022, a hydraulic cartridge valve customer in Canada found AAK when looking for a hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer in China on Google. He sent us an inquiry list for over 40 hydraulic cartridge valves, with HydraForce Model Codes as the reference, the test order qty is 10 pcs of each, and the annual qty varies from 500 to 15,000 pcs. One of them is the HydraForce Pressure Relieving Proportional Valve TS38-20. For this model, very few cartridge valve manufacturers in Ningbo have existing production procedures, AAK does not have this model either. Due to big annual demand, customer decided to send AAK original samples to customize it. After 60 days, AAK finished the prototype development and delivered the 10 pcs of test order.

This August, we were very happy to learn from the Canadian customer that AAK Pressure Relieving Proportional Valve E-TS38-20 has passed their internal testing after 1 year of use, they are preparing for the 2024 buy plan and will send us the official order very soon.
