Recently, we launched a hydraulic proportional cartridge valve equivalent to HydraForce standard part TS08-27. It is a pilot operated spool type, proportional pressure relieving valve. The regulated pressure is inversely proportional to the input electrical current.
Last February in 2022, a hydraulic cartridge valve customer in Russian found AAK when looking for a hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer in China on Google. He sent us an inquiry for 20 pcs of HydraForce Pressure Relieving Proportional Cartridge Valve TS08-27. For this model, very few cartridge valve manufacturers in Ningbo have existing production procedures. At that time, AAK was still in developing it for a listed company in Canada. We told the Russian customer that after the development is finished, AAK still needs at least 1 year to test the function and performance. We will keep you informed when this Pressure Relieving Proportional Cartridge Valve passed the 1 year of durability testing.
This June, we were very happy to learn from the Canadian customer that AAK Pressure Relieving Proportional Cartridge Valve E-TS08-27 has passed their internal testing after 1 year of use, they are preparing for the 2024 buy plan and will send us the official order very soon.
After knowing this, the Russian customer asked us to quote based on an annual order qty of 500 pcs directly. Today, we received the official PO for it.
