Today, AAK posted a Pilot-Operated Pressure Reducing Valve benchmarking SUN Hydraulics' PBDB series, and we have developed these sub categories: E-PBDB-LAN; E-PBDB-LBN; E-PBDB-LNN; E-PBDB-LQN; E-PBDB-LWN. They also have the Viton seal options. The Pilot-operated, pressure reducing valves reduce a high primary pressure at the inlet (port 2) to a constant reduced pressure at port 1, allowing circuits with multiple pressure requirements to be operated using a single pump. The Pilot operated valves exhibit exceptionally flat pressure/flow characteristics, are very stable and have low hysteresis. Pilot operated reducing, reducing/relieving valves by nature are not fast acting valves. For superior dynamic response, consider direct acting valves. If pilot flow consumption is critical, consider using direct acting reducing/relieving valves.
In the past 12 months, AAK have received 6 inquiries and 3 orders from customers in Brazil, Turkey and Germany.
The selling points of this pilot operated pressure reducing valve are:
1. Control Pilot flow: 7 - 10 in³/min, Benchmarking SUN
2. The service life is 2 times that of other domestic hydraulic valve manufacturers in China
Technical parameters of AAK E-PBDB Hydraulic Pilot-operated, pressure reducing valve:
Max. Operating Pressure: 350 bar (5000 psi)
Capacity: 10 gpm (40L/min)
Control Pilot Flow: 7 - 10 in³/min.
Cavity: T-11A
