With the direction given by the master, I told Bob to take a look at the video of how hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer AAK processes the valve cages with the fully automatic production line, to see if he is still concerned about the unstable accuracy and if the processing time is in time. On the second day after receiving the video, Bob informed us via email that their engineers recognized hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer AAK's valve cage production process, especially the automatic feeding process.

The benefit of this operation is not only to improve production efficiency, but also to avoid positioning errors caused by human error, which may cause the instability of accuracy. Most hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers first cut the material rod and then manually place the blank material into the machine tool fixture, which not only slows down production but also poses a risk of unstable accuracy.
