I thanked Pedro for his trust, but also requested myself to thoroughly solve the problem of hydraulic pilot operated pressure control cartridge valve encountered by Joao for the trust of Pedro. Joao's customer tried to order 5 sets of hydraulic power units, but the commissioning was not smooth and the equipment vibrated too much. Their engineer believed that the hydraulic pilot operated pressure control cartridge valve purchased by Joao was not up to the standard, and the change of the pilot pressure was delayed, resulting in the actuator action delay and vibration. The original manufacturer of the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve said that it was manufactured according to the customer's drawings and the accuracy was up to standard. 1. The vent cavity, ejector hole and control cavity of the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve body are on the same axis. The side wall of the valve body is provided with an oil outlet connecting the control chamber and the inclined hole. The two oil ports of the valve body are respectively connected with the main oil circuit and the control chamber of the hydraulic system, forming two parallel connection channels.
2. The spring seat of the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve is located at the bottom of the ventilation chamber, the adjusting sleeve is threaded in the ventilation chamber, the adjusting bolt is connected in the threaded hole on the adjusting sleeve, and the first connecting channel has fixed hydraulic resistance parts connected in series with small holes.
3. The side wall of the valve seat of the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve is provided with a small hole to connect the inner hole of the valve seat with the annular cavity. There is a steel ball in the lower cavity of the valve seat. A return spring is installed in the cavity at the upper part of the valve base. The upper end of the ejector rod conflicts with the lower end of the spring seat, while the lower end of the ejector rod conflicts with the steel ball. The outer circumference of the ejector rod and the inner hole of the valve seat form a circular gap.
