2. The valve spool mounting hole on the valve body is composed of 4 cylindrical stepped holes from top to bottom, and the diameter decreases from top to bottom. The upper end of the fourth step hole has a sealing cone, the lower end of the third step hole has a side wall of the valve body, and there is an oil inlet of the main oil circuit, and the fourth step hole is an oil outlet of the main oil circuit.
3. The second step hole and the intermediate seal isolate the cylindrical surface of the boss to form a reciprocating dynamic seal. There is a transition seal guide sleeve between the first step hole and the cylindrical surface of the upper closed valve oil chamber, and the inner hole of the guide sleeve is reciprocating dynamic seal.
The optimized hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve, the upper and lower end faces of the valve spool are connected, and the oil pressure of the oil circuit has no effect on the lifting movement of the valve spool, and the size and fluctuation of the oil pressure of the main oil circuit does not affect the opening and closing sensitivity of the valve spool.
