1, NBR: oil resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, good wear resistance, anti-aging. It is widely used in making sealing products, but not suitable for phosphate series hydraulic and gear oil containing polar additives. It can be used to make "O" ring and oil seal. It is suitable for general hydraulic and pneumatic systems. NBR is widely used in hydraulic valve system in China, and it is also the first choice of raw materials for hydraulic valve sealing ring.

2. Rubber and plastic: high modulus of elasticity, high strength, other properties as above. It is used to make O-ring, Y-ring and dust-proof ring. It is used in the sealing of construction machinery and high-pressure hydraulic system.

3. Fluororubber: heat resistant, acid and alkali resistant and other chemicals, oil resistant (including phosphate series hydraulic oil), suitable for all lubricating oil, gasoline, hydraulic oil, synthetic oil. At the same time, it is suitable for the sealing of high temperature resistant, chemical and fire-resistant hydraulic oil, and is widely used in metallurgy, electric power and other industries. Because of aging resistance and better elasticity than nitrile rubber, fluorinated rubber is preferred for hydraulic valves with high quality requirements.

4. Silicone rubber: good heat and cold resistance. The compression set is small, but the mechanical strength is low. It is suitable for high speed rotary seal at high and low temperature and food machinery seal. However, silicone rubber is not resistant to oil and has very poor aging resistance. Generally, it is not suitable for the hydraulic valve system. Because of the low price of silicone rubber, some hydraulic valve manufacturers ignore the quality and choose silicone rubber as the sealing ring.

5. Polytetrafluoroethylene: good chemical stability, heat resistance, cold resistance, resistance to oil, water, steam, drugs and other media. High mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, low friction coefficient, good self lubrication. It is used to make wear-resistant ring, guide ring and retaining ring, and is a common sealing material in machinery, widely used in metallurgy, petrochemical, engineering machinery and light industry machinery.
