Justin is from Samhydraulik in Italy. The power unit of a hydraulic system developed by his company needs a hydraulic valve block. After checking each component one by one, it is suspected that there are hidden dangers in the hydraulic valve block. After detecting the hydraulic valve block, there is no problem in the oil passage and channel of the hydraulic valve block. Justin contacted the original hydraulic valve block manufacturer for analysis and solution. The manufacturer said that the hydraulic valve block was completely produced in accordance with the drawings of Samhydraulik company, and the accuracy was within the required range, and the reason for problem was unknown. Justin contacted several other hydraulic valve block manufacturers, they all said that they could match the drawings, but not sure about the problems of the hydraulic valve blocks.

 

We asked Justin to tell us the working condition of the whole hydraulic system and the picture of the oil circuit running direction of the hydraulic valve blocks of the original manufacturer.
