Back from the three-day holiday, the director of the machine tool workshop sent a production report of TRV-08 hydraulic direct acting relief valve for an Indian customer early in the morning.
The first paragraph is like this: "the programmers in our workshop made a low-level mistake and compiled the leakage of 2 drop / min in the hydraulic direct acting relief valve into a production process of 5 drop / min. I didn't check it out because I was anxious to go back to my hometown for the holiday".
Seeing this production report of TRV-08 hydraulic direct acting relief valve, I was angry, not because the hydraulic relief valves produced has to be wasted, but because the workshop director indicated it as a low-level mistake in order to whitewash it. 1. Re-produce TRV-08 hydraulic direct acting relief valve and work overtime continuously to make up for the the production progress delayed for 3 days. The produced parts of hydraulic relief valves shall be put into the waste warehouse and registered.
2. In the production of hydraulic valves, if you will make a mistake that no one has ever made, you can be promoted from workshop director to production director.
The thought of predecessors is the ladder of future generations. To experience the pain of bleeding from mistakes, you can grow.
