Last week, Grayson issued a reorder for 120 hydraulic pressure reducing valves. Grayson is our Canadian customer. He has been engaged in hydraulic parts procurement for many years, and his colleagues trust him. In the second half of last year, their company developed a hydraulic power unit, and the accuracy of the hydraulic pressure reducing valve used is very high. Their original manufacturer of the hydraulic pressure reducing valves reviewed but advised immediately that he was not able to meet the requirements. Grayson later found a new manufacturer of hydraulic pressure reducing valves, and the sample approval process was very smooth. Unexpectedly, customers complained about the instability of the hydraulic system less than 3 months after the equipment was sold. After inspection, it was found that the hydraulic pressure reducing valve was stuck. The manufacturer of the hydraulic pressure reducing valves said that the hydraulic oil deteriorated, and the viscous substances produced increased the resistance of the relative movement between the valve body and the valve spool, causing the hydraulic pressure reducing valve to be stuck, but their Engineer detected that the hydraulic oil was normal. The hydraulic pressure reducing valve manufacturers did not cooperate, and Grayson had to find other new manufacturers to replace those bad hydraulic pressure reducing valves. Grayson contacted a number of hydraulic valve manufacturers, but there was no reply. He was in a bad mood.

Grayson accidentally found AAK hydraulic valve in Google. He left a message on AAK website and asked, what are the reasons for the stuck of the hydraulic pressure reducing valves? I'm sure he's in trouble. After communication, I learned that he was cheated by the new manufacturer of hydraulic pressure reducing valves. The valve hole of hydraulic pressure reducing valves is not only the key quality point in processing and manufacturing, but also the processing difficulty. It can fundamentally affect the working performance, service life and stability of hydraulic pressure reducing valves. The hydraulic pressure reducing valve is stuck because of the coaxiality error of the valve hole during processing, resulting in the pressure imbalance in the matching gap between the valve hole and the valve spool, and caused the stuck problem. The valve hole accuracy of Grayson's hydraulic pressure reducing valve is required to be IT7 ~ 4. Most hydraulic pressure reducing valve manufacturers can't do it, but AAK is willing to challenge the high-precision hydraulic pressure reducing valves. Grayson saw the hope and asked AAK to send 10 hydraulic pressure reducing valve samples as soon as possible. After 30 days, 10 hydraulic pressure reducing valve samples were sent smoothly.

After the samples were sent out, there was no comments from Grayson about AAK hydraulic pressure reducing valves. Nearly half a year later, Grayson sent the reorder of 120 hydraulic pressure reducing valves, which proved that the previous 10 samples of AAK were up to standard.

AAK has a MICROSTAR FSH high-precision machine tool imported from Germany. The machining of the hydraulic pressure reducing valve hole can be completed (expansion - boring - boring - reaming - honing) with only one clamping. The final honing process adopts ultrasonic vibration honing. Compared with ordinary honing technology, it has the advantages of small cutting force, low cutting temperature, high cutting precision, long tool life and easy treatment of chips. The dimensional accuracy of the valve hole is IT7 ~ 4.

AAK hydraulic pressure reducing valves have high precision and durability. You can also have a small try!
