AAK technical team spent 24 days and tried samples for 6 times, and found the most suitable pressure ratio, adjusted the original design of the damping hole, selected 3 springs with good elasticity to compare, and determined the special SiCr alloy steel spring as the spring of the hydraulic pilot operated pressure control valve. After 30 days, 30 samples were sent.
3 months later, Eichendorff informed by email that when AAK hydraulic pilot operated pressure control valve was used, no customer complained about unstable pressure supply. I replied that according to previous customer feedback, there will be no customer complaint about unstable supply within 1 year.
