Today, Eichendorff from Germany placed a re-order for 500 hydraulic pilot operated pressure control valves and told us that his boss was very satisfied with the quality of AAK. It has been more than 1 year since the last purchase of hydraulic pressure control valves, and no customer complained about unstable pressure supply. At the beginning of last year, one of their hydraulic power units was complained by customers that the pressure supply was often unstable after using a period of time. They judged that there was a problem with the hydraulic pilot operated pressure control valve. After the valve was replaced, the pressure supply of the equipment was normal. Eichendorff sent the replaced valve back to the original hydraulic pressure control valve manufacturer. After inspection, the manufacturer found that the parameters and functions were produced according to the requirements of Eichendorff's company. He thought that they had moved the pressure regulating screw of the hydraulic pressure control valve during installation. After measurement, Eichendorff's engineers found that all parameters of the original hydraulic pressure control valve could be benchmarked, but they did not change the pressure regulating screw during installation.

Eichendorff contacted several local German hydraulic pressure control valve manufacturers, and most of them were unwilling to analyze. After browsing AAK website on Google, Eichendorff sent an email and asked: what is the reason for the unstable pressure supply of the hydraulic pressure control valve after using a period of time? AAK HYDRAULIC VALVE often receives similar questions, and we are happy to solve these problems, because this is the best source for accurate customers. Eichendorff sent us the samples, drawings and hydraulic system schematic diagram of the hydraulic pilot operated pressure control valve the next day. 1 week later, AAK engineers disassembled the hydraulic pressure control valve and found 2 possibilities in combination with various technical parameters. First, the design of the damping hole of the hydraulic pilot operated pressure control valve should be improved. The ratio of the opening pressure to the set pressure is a little high, which will cause too large pressure regulation deviation, thus affecting the stability of the valve. Second, the type selection of the spring of the hydraulic pilot operated pressure control valve is not suitable, and a spring with better elasticity is required.

After receiving our diagnosis, Eichendorff hoped that AAK could test the samples according to our ideas and was willing to pay the development cost. AAK technical team spent 24 days and tried samples for 6 times, and found the most suitable pressure ratio, adjusted the original design of the damping hole, selected 3 springs with good elasticity to compare, and determined the special SiCr alloy steel spring as the spring of the hydraulic pilot operated pressure control valve. After 30 days, 30 samples were sent.

3 months later, Eichendorff informed by email that when AAK hydraulic pilot operated pressure control valve was used, no customer complained about unstable pressure supply. I replied that according to previous customer feedback, there will be no customer complaint about unstable supply within 1 year. Eichendorff probably didn't believe it until 1 year later, today, the reorder of the hydraulic pressure control valve came. Eichendorff admired AAK service and professionalism from the bottom of his heart.

AAK hydraulic pressure control valve is not only professional, but also good at what peers are unwilling to do. Welcome to have a try!
