This not only avoids the side effects of taking medication every day, but also benefits from sleeping well for 2 days, which turns into 5 days a week without sleeping well.
By changing the sleeping environment, such as the hardness of the bed, the height of the pillow, the orientation of the sleep, the indoor odor, the strength of the lights, soaking feet before bedtime, and massaging the entire body with a massage chair, it was found that soaking feet before bedtime improved sleep, resulting in only 4 days of poor sleep.
Trying to exercise 2 hours before bedtime, such as running, shifting gears, basketball, and swimming, only to find that it's just physical fatigue that makes you tired. Doing tiring exercise twice a week can turn into only 2 days of sleep deprivation. From the situation of "not sleeping well every day" to the effect of "not sleeping well 1 or 2 days a week", the sleep problem has been solved for at least half of the time!
