A while ago, our Russian client Erop said that they have sent me a hydraulic manifold block sample, and need the hydraulic manifold manufacturer AAK to check if we can achieve valve hole accuracy within 3μm. I replied that the shipping cost is high, just send the hydraulic valve block drawing. However, Erop said that he had checked with several hydraulic manifold manufacturers and they all reported that the oil circuit holes were complex and the drawings were too complex, samples were needed. However, Erop was not willing to send samples to these hydraulic manifold manufacturers.

After further communication, it was found that a colleague of Erop tested this manifold block from another hydraulic manifold manufacturer. The accuracy of the valve hole is unstable, and some have exceeded 5μm. Now his colleague can't get it done with that hydraulic manifold manufacturer and can only seek help from Erop.

The accuracy of the manifold block does not meet the standard, either the machining center cannot handle the accuracy, or the preparation work before processing is not done meticulously. This is a detail issue that is easily overlooked by most hydraulic manifold manufacturers. 5 years ago, hydraulic manifold manufacturer AAK suffered losses in this area. Our technical team optimized the production process and established a dedicated tool setting process before processing, with dedicated personnel responsible for it.

Erop told me that the machining center of the original hydraulic manifold manufacturer can meet the accuracy requirements. I estimate that their technicians did not have any details about the tool alignment before processing, so I told Erop my guess. Erop is very interested in knowing how hydraulic manifold manufacturer AAK does it in this detail.

For hydraulic manifold blocks with high precision and complex oil circuits, relying solely on machining centers will have potential problems. It must be assisted with experienced technicians. The Taiwan CNC machining center of hydraulic manifold manufacturer AAK has a stable transmission system and timely feedback system, which lays the foundation for precision machining, especially the structure of 6-disc bearings, which guarantees accuracy and stability. At the same time, its NSK screw also helps with processing stability. Before processing, hydraulic manifold manufacturer AAK has specialized technicians to position the tool. Firstly, manually remote control the tool to the valve hole, then locate the specific position of each tool. Based on the input system position data, the system will provide timely feedback to guide the process without worrying about deviations. Finally, tighten each manifold block to be processed. This simple 3-step process can execute the tool alignment process without error, but most hydraulic manifold manufacturers may find it troublesome and overlook this detail.

AAK hydraulic manifold manufacturer in Ningbo China, with details before processing, with an accuracy of within 3μm, you can also give it a try!
