The processing of the hydraulic manifold block with complex oil circuits is carried out by AAK using a 4 axis machining center from Okuma, Japan. One clamping can complete multiple processes, avoiding the personal equation of multiple clamping. The machining accuracy of 4 rotating surfaces is controlled within the same range, avoiding the same valve block with different accuracy. Not only can it automatically change tools, but it also has complete tool functions. On this basis, AAK upgraded the drill bit and equipped it with a Taiwan ZOTO water jet drill bit. The drill is sprayed with Cutting fluid during cutting, which not only cools the tool, but also flushes away the chips to prevent burrs. At the same time, we also added TiALN coating on the surface of the drill bit. Compared with other hard alloy drill bits, the cutting performance is more stable, the surface smoothness of the valve hole is good, and the dimensional and positioning accuracy are much higher than other types of alloy drill bits.
