1. In the hydraulic manifold block, first drill and tap the installation hole and oil passage hole concentrically. There are grooves in the installation hole. There are eccentric positioning pin holes at the bottom of the installation hole. During installation, the fixed groove is sleeved into the opening ring and pressed to the same outer diameter as the valve hole to ensure the size and accuracy of the cavity hole.
2. The layout of the oil passage groove is based on the method of electronic printed circuit and plane machining, and the cover plate is welded by brazing. This method is more convenient and time shorter than conventional drilling.
3. The installation hole of the hydraulic manifold block is drilled, expanded, milled, bored and processed. The oil ports in the valve hole are distributed axially through the oil guide groove, leading to the connection position of the oil passage groove on the oil passage plate.
In this emergency processing method, to sample the hydraulic manifold block is a surprise. There is no need for customized tools, which saves time, simplifies processing, and does not affect the hydraulic manifold block to support the hydraulic manifolds.
