After communication, it was learned that Iscen is a wholesaler of hydraulic cartridge valves, and has been purchasing from hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers in China for 3 years. They designed a hydraulic cartridge valve themselves, and for every batch of production from the original manufacturer, there were always several customer complaints about burrs in the valve holes of the hydraulic cartridge valves. Although the defective quantity was not large, Iscen was still worried about losing the customer.
According to the picture of the hydraulic cartridge valve sent by Iscen, one of the valve holes has a very small diameter, improper drilling can result in residual burrs and difficulty in cleaning. In the early days, hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer AAK also encountered this type of problem. Our equipment engineer spent more than half a year modifying the equipment based on the Jinlida Drilling Center as a specialized equipment for processing small aperture valve holes.
