From the video, we can see that the technician first cleans the fixture with an air gun, then installs the hydraulic cartridge valve cage blank into the fixture, and then starts the machine tool. After processing, each valve cage needs to be measured and checked with a plug gauge. If the accuracy of the valve cage is qualified, it can be cleaned again with an air gun and then transferred to the next production process.
After we sent this video to the German customer yesterday, he sent us the inquiry for a customized hydraulic cartridge valve today, with a very detailed drawing, which made us feel the rigor and professionalism of German customers again. How could it be possible for a hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer to have no improvements if cooperating with such type of customers?
