According to the schematic diagram provided by Balram, AAK optimized the original structure of the hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve. 1. A cavity with a stop is formed between the upper part and the lower part of the valve body, and the upper end of the valve spool in the cavity is against the positioning nut.
2. A sliding block is arranged in the middle of the valve spool, a stop is arranged at the lower part, a pressure regulating spring is arranged below the stop, and the pressure regulating spring is fixed on the spring seat.
3. The spring seat is pressed on the plug, with an adjusting bolt in the middle. One side of the lower part of the valve body is provided with a radial oil inlet hole and an axial control hole connected with it. The other side is provided with a radial oil return hole, a damping hole and an axial oil return hole connected with both holes. The axial control hole is connected with the upper oil hole on the shoulder of the upper valve body.
