This CNC centerless grinder is equipped with an automatic conveyor belt. The operator only needs to place the rough machined valve spool on the conveyor belt, and the valve spool is sequentially fed into the grinding area. After one machining is completed, it is automatically placed in the next one. The grinding wheel adopts diamond grinding wheel, which provides a basis for the stable accuracy of the valve spool due to its hardness and wear resistance. The control system of the centerless grinder is stable, with no faults during long-term processing, and the stability of grinding provides assurance for the accuracy and stability of the valve spool.
