In fact, the manufacturing quality of this manufacturer should not be a problem compared to that of HydraForce PC08-30. Snova advised that the main issue is the unstable accuracy of the outer diameter of the valve cage, as their standard is higher than that of HydraForce PC08-30. Based on the 3 points in her message, I replied that point 1 and 2 are a challenge, but we are confident in surprising her. Point 3 is impossible, AAK never does credit business.
Snova mentioned that because the original hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer wasted 6 weeks, she must find a manufacturer who is able to deliver 500 pcs of hydraulic directional control valves PC08-30 within 35 days, and the outer diameter accuracy of the valve cage needs to be higher than HydraForce PC08-30 standard. The valve cage that happens to be being processed in AAK workshop is somewhat similar to PC08-30. I sent her a video to show the production process. 30 days later, last week, AAK delivered 500 pcs of hydraulic directional control valves PC08-30. Snova is very happy, at least AAK's production efficiency is higher than other hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers in Ningbo China. I told her that there was no need to worry about the outer diameter accuracy of the valve cage, as AAK's standard was 1μm higher than the HydraForce standard.
