AAK developed a Hydraulic Screw-in Cartridge Pilot-to-Open Check Valve, equivalent to Eaton Vickers 4CK120, for a Canadian customer

Today, we’d like to introduce a hydraulic screw-in cartridge Pilot-to-Open Check Valve, equivalent to EATON Vickers 4CK120.

This is a new model that we developed for a Canadian customer used in a hydraulic manifold. It is not very commonly used in China market, so very few hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers in China have this model. It allows flow in one direction, low pressure drop, before the application of control pressure, prevent the flow in the opposite direction.

1. The quality of this valve is benchmarking EATON Vickers, but price is much cheaper.

2. The service life is 2 times that of domestic hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers in China

Fluids: Mineral-based or synthetics with lubricating properties at viscosities of 7.4 to 420 cSt (50 to 2000 sus)
