Manator is from Indonesia and has been engaged in the procurement of hydraulic components for 2 years. At the beginning of last year, the hydraulic power unit they sold for deep-sea oil drilling was complained of as abnormal by customers 6 months later. 1. The selection of materials for hydraulic cartridge valves, with the valve body made of 3Cr3Mo3W2V hot working die steel, has a corrosion resistance of over 30% better than other steels. Although the material cost is over 30%, it is still the preferred material for AAK.
2. The surface treatment of the material adopts a zinc nickel alloy coating, and the coating thickness is controlled between 10-15μm. Compared to conventional zinc coatings, the corrosion resistance is more than 3 times higher.
3. AAK has a SH-90 salt spray testing machine for anti-corrosion testing of materials, which tests the valve body according to the GB/T2423.17 testing standard. Ensure that the anti-corrosion of any surface of the valve body meets the standard, and also ensure that there is no red rust after a neutral salt spray test for more than 1,500 hours.
