Some time ago, Lesta from Russia, left a message on AAK website: I saw an article of AAK about “Integrated Hydraulic Threaded Cartridge Valve, AAK replaced 3 HydraForce Valves with 1, which is simplified and cost effective”. This article is similar to the problem I am currently facing. Can AAK customize an integrated hydraulic threaded cartridge valve for me? After communication, it was learned that their lift was complained about by customers for high energy consumption and high price. Their engineers wanted to use an integrated hydraulic threaded cartridge valve to replace various single function hydraulic cartridge valves in the system. They contacted several hydraulic threaded cartridge valve manufacturers in China, but no result. Lesta was very anxious.
According to their lift hydraulic system, their engineers are right. Only replace the current solenoid valve, counterbalance valve, Restriction valve and dual pilot-to-open check valve with integrated hydraulic threaded cartridge valve, with fewer valves, the cost can be reduced, the oil circuit is simpler, and the energy consumption is also reduced. Although this customization is different from the integrated hydraulic threaded cartridge valve we customized for Swedish customer, it is not difficult for our technical team. Last week, AAK sent 10 samples of integrated hydraulic threaded cartridge valves.
Today we received an email from Lesta informing us happily that the functions of AAK integrated hydraulic threaded cartridge valve are compatible with the lift and it can now function normally. Not only has the cost of procurement decreased by 30%, but energy consumption has also decreased. Their engineers are very satisfied with AAK integrated hydraulic threaded cartridge valve.
AAK integrated hydraulic threaded cartridge valve replaced 4 valves with 1 for Lesta. Through integrated design, the check valve spool, poppet valve spool, orificing and magnetic sleeve can be integrated together to complete the lifting and lowering control of the lifting equipment, achieve pressure holding when the lift stops, and simplify the oil circuit. We do this way:
1. The valve body has axial perforations, a third oil port is located on the middle sidewall, and the left end of the valve body is connected to a magnetic sleeve component. The valve hole is connected to the third oil port, forming an annular first passage flow groove.
2. The right end of the conical valve spool slides and fits with the valve hole, the left end extends into the balance chamber, the right end is equipped with a second flow groove, and the right end is processed into a conical surface to seal the valve hole. The check valve spool slides and is located in the installation chamber, with a third flow hole connected to the first oil port.
3. The valve seat is connected to three cylindrical segments with decreasing diameter at the right end of the valve body inner hole. There is a stepped concave part and a second through-hole in the valve seat. The orificing is located inside the second through-hole and is also equipped with a throttle hole.
AAK integrated hydraulic threaded cartridge valve, reduces procurement costs and energy consumption, and you can also give it a try!
