At the beginning of this year, their customer customized a hydraulic manifold, and all hydraulic cartridge valves needed to be purchased by Eustace, except for hydraulic cartridge relief valves. Everything else went smoothly. After communication, we learned that the original hydraulic cartridge relief valve manufacturer failed for 3 times, which made him very helpless. I told him that the design of their hydraulic manifold requires high precision for the hydraulic cartridge relief valve. If the roughness is not solved properly, the valve spool is prone to jamming. AAK cannot guarantee that the roughness of each processed product is within Ra0.1, but the hydraulic cartridge relief valves to be in the customer's hands must meet the standard. After 35 days, AAK sent out 10 samples.
1 month later, Eustace informed us via email that their hydraulic manifold had been approved by the customer. Before the hydraulic manifold assembly, their technicians tested each hydraulic cartridge relief valve sent by AAK, and its roughness was within Ra0.1.
The roughness of the AAK hydraulic cartridge relief valve spool and cage can be controlled within Ra0.1, with precision machining as the core and detection as the key. AAK uses Japan Mitutoyo roughness measuring instrument to check, and a dedicated person is responsible for it. The advantages of this measuring instrument are large measurement range and high accuracy. We do this by first placing the valve spool or cage on a testing glass platform, and the device will directly capture high-definition images. At the same time, when the contact needle scratches the tested surface of the valve spool and cage, although the surface contour fluctuates between peaks and valleys, the contact needle can vibrate up and down along the peaks and valleys, and at the same frequency, the signal is amplified by more than 10 times through an electronic device, and then transmitted to the computer to form data or dynamic images. With this big killer, the roughness Ra0.1 is not difficult. Most hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers in China do not necessarily have this equipment for detecting roughness, or it may not be 100% full inspection.
