1. The pilot valve spool of AAK hydraulic cartridge relief valve adopts cylindrical groove instead of the original cartridge valve manufacturer's T structure. The valve spool bevel angle has cylindrical groove, and the groove is embedded with the valve spool steel ball. The advantage of this is that the valve spool steel ball can fully fit the valve spool oil inlet, with large contact surface, and can seal the oil inlet from any direction to avoid pressure fluctuation.
2. One end of the pressure regulating spring is connected with the pilot valve spool, and the other end is connected with a damping valve spool. This advantage is that when it is opened, the oil can quickly fill the cavity between the pilot valve seat and the main valve spool. The opening speed of the hydraulic cartridge pilot-operated relief valve can be increased by more than 30%.
3. There are fixed valve sleeves on both sides of the pressure regulating valve sleeve. The fixed valve sleeve and the pressure regulating valve sleeve are connected by sealing elements, which can ensure the tightness of the pressure regulating valve sleeve and the fixed valve sleeve without leakage and ensure the stability of the pressure.
